feat(ipuaro): add inline dependency graph to initial context

- Add formatDependencyGraph() to show file relationships in LLM context
- Add includeDepsGraph option to ContextConfigSchema (default: true)
- Format: "services/user: → types/user ← controllers/user"
- Hub files shown first, sorted by total connections
- 21 new tests for dependency graph functionality
