4b1af2089a chore: update workspace configuration 
Update pnpm workspace to include guardian package and remove core package.
Update dependencies and lockfile.

Install required dependencies:
- simple-git for git operations
- tree-sitter and parsers for code parsing
- uuid for ID generation
- vitest for testing
- Remove deprecated @types/ioredis
