imfozilbek 60052c0db9 feat(ipuaro): add autocomplete configuration 
- Add AutocompleteConfigSchema with enabled, source, maxSuggestions
- Update useAutocomplete hook to read from config
- Add 27 unit tests for autocomplete config
- Fix unused variable in Chat component
- Update ROADMAP and CHANGELOG
